Dog Fancy magazine Aug 2010 issue has a story about one of our dogs on page 20. You can read about Charlie and how he has time and time again saved the life of his mom, Jeanne. He is a real life hero and we are sad to say both Jeanne and Charlie passed away right  after this story was published. They will remain in our hearts and thoughts.

NORTHERN CA EVENTS
SCCR is holding a monthly mobile adoption event with our cockers at PetSmart on Bidwell in Folsom every third Saturday of the month. Please come by and say hello! 

CENTERAL AND SOUTHERN CA EVENTS 

We have a weekly cat adoption event at the Pet House in Goleta every Sat and Sun 12-4pm. Stop by and play with our kittens any time.

AUGUST 29: SCCR will be attending the Wags and Wiskers adoption fair at Girsh Park.

SEPTEMBER 11:  SCCR will be attending the 2nd annual Elings Park Dog Festival and K-9 PALS Great Ball Drop fundraiser.

If your dog is fat, you aren't getting enough exercise.
